Part of me wants to say that if they are already completing so much learning via social media and the internet that it might be beneficial to create learning experiences in real life with real people to make up for the deficit!
I'm all for web 2.0 and the internet... but as with everything balance is important too.
Our role is to guide, shape, inspire... we can facilitate the learning using a variety of teaching methods :)
